Our client is a growing commercial law and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit a lawyer with at least 1 to 4 years pae.
This role will see you having autonomy, client responsibility and assisting in the further growth of the practice group. You will play a role in further growing the team and cementing client relationships.
The team has experience in both front end and back-end construction matters. However, the focus of the work will be more back-end matters and building defects litigation.
This would suit a construction lawyer or a commercial litigation lawyer who wants a clear career path, interesting work, lots of supportive and who wants to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be a construction lawyer or commercial litigation lawyer (who wants to pivot to construction work) with at least 12 months post admission experience (pre-admission experience will be looked upon favourably) Have strong writing and litigation skills Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Have the ability to work under pressure Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment Have energy, drive and enthusiasm Benefits & Culture
