Minimum Requirements Ideally, you will demonstrate some, or all of the below experience:
Experience with delay cost disputes and liquidated damagesExperience with NCAT home building mattersExperience with defects disputesFamiliarity with standard form building contractsLawyers at this firm are highly engaged in their work and genuinely enjoy our client's culture.
