This role is crucial to driving the performance and growth of TA's partnerships across all events, programs, and initiatives, including the iconic Australian Open. About the roleYou will primarily support the New Partnerships team by delivering in-depth research, insights, and strategies to strengthen our approach to commercial partner acquisition. In this role you will:Conduct research to identify new prospects, targets, and key decision-makers aligned with new business and renewal priorities.Provide sales leads with in-depth research, data, insights, and analysis across key categories and brands for targeted outreach.Supply essential data and insights to Sales and Creative Solutions teams to enhance storytelling for TA events, audiences, and the broader TA ecosystem.Track sports and business news to extract valuable insights that can support TA Partnerships' growth strategies.Assist the New Partnerships team with extracting information, briefing, proposal development, and cost/margin analysis.Identify emerging trends and technologies to uncover innovative solutions that enhance operational & sales effectiveness. About youWhat you'll bring to the role:Strong research and insights experience and capabilities.Proficient with assimilating and shaping data for brand/marketing narratives.Broad knowledge of different industries including latest news and current affairs.Understanding of emerging brand and marketing trends and concepts, including developments in media and digital industries, and how they might be adopted in partnerships that TA develops in the market.Demonstrable experience in relationship management (internal).Proven track record in understanding data & insights and how it can impact the achievement of sales targets and budgets.Ability to use research and insights to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of brand marketing challenges.High level attention to detail, project management and PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
