Our Claims Philosophy: Play Fair, Pay Early The Role The Junior Claims Adjuster will work as part of the Claims Department reporting to the National Head of Claims and Team Leader. The Junior Claims Adjuster will be responsible for data entry on Graile and any other TPA system, producing claims histories, policy documentation, office correspondence and assisting with managing electronic communications between service providers (lawyers and loss adjusters), brokers, insureds and interested 3rd parties. Managing workflows in accordance with clearly documented procedures contained in the claims handling manual.
