We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements, to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products, specifically in our Travel Box team.If you are knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, including financial analysis, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities, please apply! Day to day: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsDevelop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutionsConduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain pointsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goalsFacilitate communication between business and technical teamsCreate business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunitiesParticipate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meetbusiness requirementsDevelop and maintain system documentation and training materials You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 2+ years professional experience in a business analyst roleExperience using Travel Box or similar softwareExperience within travel or other internet-scale environmentsBackground knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architectureAnalytical skills and problem-solving skillsKnowledge in business process re-engineering and improvementGood quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technicalStrong business acumen and critical thinking skills What you'll enjoy...
