Junior Business Analyst

As the Junior Business Analyst you will support the project team deliver the solution to the business in line with the business case and project management plan.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the preparation of detailed specification of how existing content will be organised, cleansed and migrated to SharePoint.Support the creation of test scripts in JIRA.Conduct TestingSupport business stakeholders to review and cleanse their existing documents so that they are ready to be transitioned to the new system.Support the development of training artefacts (to assist business stakeholders become familiar with new processes to author, manage and publish new or changes to documents)Conduct post-migration testing and provide support for business stakeholders to resolve issues experienced as part of the go live.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCERecent graduate from an Australian University with relevant Business Analyst qualifications.Demonstrates the ability to lead and achieve alignment amongst stakeholders from diverse areas of the organisation.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe a team player, able to work independently.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Jack McDougall 07 3339 5611 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
