Junior Business Analyst (FP & A) Location: London Based (Victoria – minimum of 4 days per week office based) At easyHotel we are inventing a new breed of affordable and low-carbon hotels. Our mission is to enable more people to travel differently, by offering low-cost, low-carbon hotels for everyone; hotels that are simple to book, simple to use and city-focused; hotels that are designed for both those travelling on a budget and those who prefer to save money on their hotel to indulge in the best of the city.
We are present in 11 countries with 49 sites, but our goal is to increase our presence in Europe, especially in Germany, France and Spain.
Due to some exciting internal promotions, we now have a vacancy in the London Based finance team for a Junior Business Analyst . This is an ideal role for a Finance or Business graduate, who has already gained some experience in industry, and is looking to take their career the next step.
The ideal candidate will have completed internships in finance or business analysis, during their studies and held a junior analyst role for at least a year. Previous experience in hospitality or a similar industry would be an advantage. This role will report to the Senior Business Analyst and will also work closely with the CFO and wider finance team.
Your primary responsibilities will be: Assisting with the preparation of monthly EBITDA forecast and the annual budgeting process. Producing and analysing KPIs to track the business performance and provide actionable insights. Supporting with production of clear, accurate monthly reports for the executive team and board. Collaborating with the commercial team to analyse the revenue streams and develop forecasts. Supporting with ad hoc analysis of financial statements. Collaborating with development, operations, commercial and marketing teams to support projects. Ad hoc project work for wider finance team and CFO as needed.
