About the RoleWe currently have an excellent development opportunity for a Junior Building and Maintenance Manager to join our growing FM team and benefit from one-on-one support, training and mentoring. Based on-site, you will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operational management of a high-end CBD residential apartment complex. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role and the key responsibilities of the role include:
Assisting the Facilities Manager with the building's operations, installations, facilities and systemsAssisting with the management of all service contractsUndertaking regular building inspections and associated reportingIncident managementContractor inductionsEnsuring all work carried out onsite is in accordance with OH&S RegulationsReviewing building systems to maintain efficient energy consumptionAd hoc maintenance as requiredAbout YouWith a strong focus on customer relationships and service delivery, you are organised and able to work to deadlines. A trade qualification or maintenance background is highly desirable and will set you apart from other applicants.
