About the Role We currently have an excellent development opportunity for a Junior Building and Maintenance Manager to join our growing FM team and benefit from one-on-one support, training and mentoring. Based on-site, you will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operational management of a high-end CBD residential apartment complex. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role and the key responsibilities of the role include:
Assisting the Facilities Manager with the building's operations, installations, facilities and systems Assisting with the management of all service contracts Undertaking regular building inspections and associated reporting Incident management Contractor inductions Ensuring all work carried out onsite is in accordance with OH&S Regulations Reviewing building systems to maintain efficient energy consumption Ad hoc maintenance as required About You With a strong focus on customer relationships and service delivery, you are organised and able to work to deadlines. A trade qualification or maintenance background is highly desirable and will set you apart from other applicants.
