Strata Administration ad-hoc duties Manage repairs and maintenance Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People) Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations) Full training will be provided. 1 on 1 support before taking over portfolio The Candidate: Strata admin or real estate/property management experience desirable and/or must have a genuine interest and transferable skills/qualifications A great can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
