Junior Business Analyst About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join a leading organisation.

In this role, you will assist with reporting, analysis, and data visualization, contributing to the delivery of critical insights using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Assist in preparing regulatory reports in line.Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.Support cross-functional teams in regulatory compliance and reporting initiatives. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.Understanding of regulatory reporting, or a strong willingness to learn.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Effective requirements gathering and documentation abilities.Proficiency in Excel and SQL or other data analysis tools.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
