This role has a preferred base at our head office on Collins Street, Melbourne, however we are also open to having a base of Parramatta, NSW, or Fortitude Valley, QLD.

About The Role
As an Automation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering data driven solutions to our business.
Working closely with project stakeholders, your primary focus will be contributing to the overall efficiency of our projects by delivering and maintaining automated data solutions across a variety of contracts and divisions within ServiceStream.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working with our Project Teams to scope, deliver and maintain automated processes across a variety of platforms.
Actively managing and monitoring existing solutions.
Working with the remainder of the Automation Team to assist with development and day-to-day activities.
Contributing to business process improvement through maintaining industry best practices.
Assisting in identifying opportunities for automation throughout the business and internally, develop business cases to support these.
About You
This role would suit someone looking to excel in their career in this area.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in science, maths, engineering or technology.
Strong technical and professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A willingness to learn, develop within, and contribute to the team.
It will be beneficial to have some exposure to:
ETL Processes (Safe Software FME Platform, Alteryx, PowerAutomate, LogicApps, etc.
).
SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or alike).
CI/CD tools like Jira, Git.
Database administration, system integrations and data analytics.
Programming languages (Python, R, etc.
).
Project management information systems and their use in construction and maintenance projects (Sitetracker or IFS would be highly regarded).
