With an increasing demand for more knowledgeable and informed assistance, our client is seeking a Junior Consultant to join and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting commissions. Working as part of a team you will work across some complex asset portfolios including councils, PPP's, education, health and retail.
Your Key Responsibilities will include: Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidance Provide appropriate attention to detail and information in CMMS upload to develop preventative maintenance plans and Opex forecasting. Provide informed FM strategic advisory and Public Private Partnership advisory Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling, future forecasting and risk registers. Provide amazing customer service to engage with onsite staff and teams, and provide specialist consultancy. Why you should apply:
