Junior and Senior Respiratory Educator(s)Respiratory Care WA helps bridge the gap between hospital and community care with personalized, free education, advice, and support for the many Western Australians living with asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and other chronic respiratory conditions.

About the role The Junior and Senior Respiratory Educators report directly to the Clinical Leads for the Adult and Children Services, ensuring high-quality education and service delivery to our clients.
Working alongside a highly experienced and dedicated health services team, you will be involved in individual and group education, development, delivery, and evaluation of a variety of services, and upskilling health professionals.

Key accountabilities Assist with the delivery of comprehensive Spirometry Testing.Deliver education and advice to a range of stakeholders.Provide input into the implementation and evaluation of Respiratory Care WA's lung Adult and Children's Respiratory Hubs.Knowledge of or experience in the NFP sector and health service delivery.Registered Nurse or qualified allied health professional.Registration, with experience delivering patient-centered and holistic care approach.Demonstrated clinical expertise and knowledge of respiratory conditions, especially asthma and COPD.Ability to support and educate respiratory consumers and/or a willingness to learn.Well-developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.Work well independently and as part of a team.Ability to make and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.How to apply: Only experienced applicants should apply, and applications should include the following:
