About the role We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to join the team at AMD in our Margaret River office. The primary objective of the role is to provide personal assistance to the Directors, support with Tax administration, as well as general administrative duties for the Margaret River office.
The role offers between 30 to 38 hours per week, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes: Knowledge of customer service principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and ExcelPossess a high level of communication, written, and interpersonal skills with both clients and team membersHave an understanding of operational business issuesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to provide quality workExcellent time management skillsThis role is ideal for a school leaver or a recent school graduate looking to take the next step in their career.
