THE ROLE:
As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will support the team with essential tasks, including:
Raising Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders as needed. Handling Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, training management, filing, and maintaining documentation to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible. Adhoc duties. General Office Duties: Assist with various office and reception tasks as required such as answering and directing phone calls and maintaining office supplies. ABOUT YOU:

Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to develop your skills. Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). No prior experience is required. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving. Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ABOUT US:
