Due to planned growth in our Business, Advisory and Tax Division, we are seeking a junior administration officer looking to take the first step in their career. We are open to applicants looking for both full-time or significant part-time hours.
This role will focus on providing support to the accounting team as part of a positive close-knit division with a vibrant culture. 

We have an innovative cloud-based software stack including Xero, FYI Docs, CAS360 and FuseWorks.

Your role will include: General administrative supportReceptionist supportExecutive assistant support to the directorsAssistance with internal projectsAssisting with the tax lodgement programClient tax finalisations and billingOther support tasks including compliance, ATO portal and database maintenance

Ideally you will have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGreat time management and personal organisation skillsBasic experience in the Microsoft Office suite of productsExperience in any of the software packages mentioned above will be advantageous
This role is hands on – we seek an individual to be involved at the ground level, assisting the team with the day to day administrative tasks of the practice whilst also engaging in the broader issues and larger projects of the firm.
