About your new job:Working in a team and reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for: Managing the invoicing inbox and ensuring invoices have relevant details and are allocated to relevant cost centresProcessing and coding high volume of invoicesFollow up with suppliers to chase missing informationHandling and resolving supplier queriesAd-hoc administrative tasks as requiredAbout You:To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following: Previous experience in a similar position or some exposure in accounts payableGreat communication skills and the ability to build relationshipsExposure to ERP Systems and experience with ExcelSelf-motivated and willing to learnAccuracy and attention to detailFast and accurate data entry skillsWhat is in it for you:A great organisation which offers support to its employees as well as a fun and safe place to work.An opportunity to build your accounts payable skills.
