Job Description Provide comprehensive financial support to the Corporate Accountant and CFO.
Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and entered into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all information.
Ensure accurate verification of invoices and assistance with all payments, including managing vendor queries.
Manage bank account and supplier statement reconciliations, including end of month process support.
Assistance with on charges and rebates.
Assistance with credit applications and BPayments.
Contributing to maintenance of all databases and ERP system.
The Successful Applicant The ideal applicant will have: 1-2+ years experience in an Accounts payable position.
Property or construction industry experience preferred, not essential.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance will be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience using an ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
