JUNIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK - WOLLONGONG OFFICE RMB Lawyers, a substantial regionally based law firm with 18 offices, has a full-time opportunity (or part-time for the right applicant) for a Junior Accounts Clerk to join our Accounts Team at the Wollongong office, starting in January 2025.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Clerk who has prior experience in a similar role or exposure to accounting systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily accounts receivable and payable tasks.Processing invoices and reconciling client trust accounts.Supporting the preparation of financial reports.Liaising with team members and clients regarding account inquiries.Banking, petty cash reconciliation, filing and other admin tasks.If you are keen to become a valued member of the RMB team, we would love to hear from you.
