Job DescriptionWe are looking to appoint a professional and dedicated Junior Accountant to our Finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a full time basis. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who has recently completed their degree and is looking for a long term career opportunity in a fantastic team environment.This position will be responsible for assisting with the day to day accounting activities within the Finance department, whilst also providing exceptional administration support to the Finance Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting with monthly Profit & Loss reporting for a portfolio of propertiesStandard end of month journals including accruals, revenue and reclasses for a portfolio of propertiesExpense allocations across the groupMonthly Revenue, Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliationsAR ReceiptingAttending to Finance Help Desk queriesAssisting properties with all finance related queriesReview reports from our Property Management System and identify any errors requiring correction before EOMQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
