THE ROLE This is a full-time, temporary position starting on Monday 25th November and running until Friday 14th March.
This role will see you work closely with the Financial Controller and the Senior Accountant, initially spending five days a week in the office to familiarize yourself with the systems and processes, before shifting to a hybrid model.
You'll be responsible for handling a variety of accounting tasks, including managing suppliers, processing invoices, and assisting with general ledger (GL) entries and data entry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve processing purchase orders, managing ABA files, uploading banking files, and handling leasing agreements.
Additionally, you will manage the accounts inbox, liaising with suppliers and addressing any queries.
While payroll management is handled by the HR team, you will collaborate with them on cross-functional projects related to labor hours.
