The primary purpose of this role is to support the Travel Partners Member Agents from a financial perspective, oversee and monitor TP Members' credit facilities, complete BSP and bank reconciliations, assist with processing the Accounts Payable and Receivable for Travel Partners Holdings and compile relevant reports.
Tasks & Responsibilities Maintain Finance function in TIN ticketing system.Set-up and maintain TIN Ticketing System entries.Liaise closely with TP Ticketing TeamWeekly BSP reconciliation for Members IATA (high volume)Process/record all relevant journal entries in the TP Accounting System (currently MYOB & SUN)Prepare and action TP Members direct-debit account settlement.Collate and analyse member agent supplier overrides.Calculate and prepare Members Override settlementsOversee TP Members DebtorsDaily Bank ReconciliationsIdentify and follow up unknown transactionsEnter payment files on Westpac COLCalculation, preparation and distribution of monthly Mobile Agents' RCTls Month End tasksMonitor and action TP Accounts e-mail and provide phone support as requiredGenerate Sales Reporting and provide analysisKey relationships with TP Ticketing Support TeamTP Members Statements accurately processed and distributed weeklyAd hoc AP and AR tasksQualifications Previous experience in Accounting and Finance (within the Travel Industry highly regarded)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExceptional time-management & organisational skillsMethodical and able to follow procedures consistentlyGreat attitude and helpful approachAbility to use initiative appropriatelyKnowledge and interest in the Travel IndustryExperience with commercial Finance SoftwareWhat you'll Enjoy: Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
