Working in a team of 5, you will support the Director of Finance in ensuring the day-to-day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
The varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional Accounting career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.
Some of the responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly financial reports to tight deadlinesAssist with the Accounts Receivable processing, reporting, and collectionPrepare reconciliations of General Ledger accountsPreparing and distributing the monthly financial statementsObtain approvals and process all invoicesAssist with budgeting and forecastingAssist with external auditors as requiredAssist with ASIC compliance regulatory requirementsAssist with all tax matters with ATO & SRODaily clearing of cheques and receipts per Bank statementsQualificationsWhat you will bring to the role Bachelor of Commerce is preferredPrevious work experience in a similar positionA strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsThe ability to work well under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEffective time management skills to achieve set deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel is essentialJoin us at Hyatt and make travel more human.
