Discover the Opportunity Based out of our Revesby site, the Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing small enterprise customers and providing administrative assistance where directed to improve sales processes and drive profitable revenue within the industrial and protein segments in NSW and Queensland.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
Proactively establishing an engagement program to manage the current Making initial contact with all new Opal Lightning leads and allocating them to Territory Managers accordingly for follow-up.Providing an administrative level of support to the sales team that helps them maximize customer-facing time and increase call frequency and quote conversion rates.Maintaining Opal Lightning with relevant information regarding new leads and customer intelligence, e.g., Call Frequency Event Planning, Account Plans, and Pipelines.Raising quotes, ensuring price alignment where required, and following up on quote conversion.Materializing quotes, generating artworks, artwork revisions, and tooling quotes.Updating SAP Masterdata for new customers – customer onboarding and/or changes.We are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or commerce preferred.Experience in a sales team would be beneficial but not essential.FMCG or manufacturing background would be beneficial but not essential.This role would provide a development pathway towards Account or Sales Management career opportunities.Knowledge of Lightning or salesforce.com and database management.Discover more by visiting our website at www.opalanz.com
