Job Role: Jump Rope for Heart, Senior Field Officer

How can you make a difference to heart health? / Want to get involved? The Jump Rope for Heart team are searching for a passionate and talented community fundraiser and health promotion enthusiast to provide exceptional services for the Heart Foundation.
This role is responsible for the delivery of Jump Rope for Heart to primary schools across Australia. Coaching teachers to get their school community to achieve participation, fundraising, and skipping objectives, you will also work closely with a vibrant, fun, energetic, and lively team. Acting as an ambassador for the Heart Foundation and encouraging and promoting active living.
The role will require you to work across the following key areas:
Promote and market the program to schools to meet the acquisition targets for your managed regions.Develop strategies to meet fundraising targets set including online delivery, support, and proactive coaching of priority schools.Manage all personal communications with schools to ensure your portfolio of schools have the best possible experience.Monitor registration and fundraising plans by segment and term to optimise activities as required.Ensure all records are maintained within the CRM database.Keep up to date of the needs of teachers and parents in your regions.Responsibilities: Please refer to the position description for further information about the role.
