Jump Inn Beer Bar and Restaurant Job Description Jump Inn Craft Beer Bar and Restaurant is looking to employ a Head Chef for our onsite bar/restaurant. This position is on a full-time basis with a generous salary for the best candidate.

To be considered for this role you should:
A full-time Head Chef with minimum 2 years of experience and an unshakable passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion) Lead and inspire a 4-6 member creative team (depending on season) Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations Think outside the box in creating and developing menus that customers will surely yearn for Remain calm, collected, and even-tempered under pressure Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene Menu costing and supplier knowledge is a leg-up Responsible with clear communication in a professional and respectful manner Excellent physical condition and stamina.
