Job Description Now, let's talk about the role...
Your role will involve undergoing credit assessment for the acquisition of new & ongoing management of Judo's largest & most complex exposures.
You will contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of Judo's larger exposures proposition – including policies, product & processes and manage various governance requirements associated with the ongoing monitoring of Judo's largest exposures.

Desired Skills and Experience About you:
Australian working rights with a minimum of 5 years prior experience working in wholesale credit risk or relationship management.
Previous experience in exercising a lending discretion is preferred, but not essential.
Can think independently about the finance needs of businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
Have a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
Have a strong background in financial risk governance or wholesale portfolio management.
Are passionate about empowering and supporting Australian businesses to help SMEs see amazing outcomes.
Are a team player with a preference for the group over the individual.
