Responsibilities
Manage and own the ITSM function of the business Understand and review current processes to identify opportunities for digital applications that enhance efficiency Lead projects and advise the Executive Team on technology strategies to maintain our industry-leading position Manage and monitor cyber security across the business Research and validate emerging technologies, including AI, to drive process improvements Develop and maintain software, including apps, to optimise business processes as required Manage and support the IT Officer to meet business requirements and improve systems Support the Systems Analyst in implementing digital process improvements and managing projects Collaborate with internal and external developers to deliver application projects Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Minimum 12 months of working experience in an IT-related role Expertise in server and networking infrastructure Familiarity with PABX phone systems, telecommunications, and IT best practices Understanding of Windows-based server environments and advanced Microsoft Office skills Overall Knowledge and Skills
