We have an exciting new opportunity for a JSM Lead to join the Lendlease team. The JSM Lead will play a crucial role in the transition from SNOW to JSM and own all platform requirements & backlog roadmap ensuring that current state processes are clearly defined & documented to support future state implementation.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure that the Service Management (SM) platform is fit for purpose & aligned to business needs.Ensure that all SM platform processes are clearly defined and reviewed regularly with service & capability owners.Work collaboratively with the Service Experience Lead to identify all experience related process issues & problems.Oversee the migration from SNOW to Jira Service Management working closely with all stakeholders to transition to target state.All audit requirements (controls / metrics) are clearly defined, monitored and are continuously tested to conform to policy.Ensure that JSM is used for the tracking of all Incidents, Problem Management, Technical Tasks and Change management.Ensure that Lendlease Managed Service partners have access to reporting i.e. service requests & incidents.Work closely with Lendlease's Managed Service partners to ensure that the SM platform is maintained, supported, upgraded, improved, and managed to the highest standards.Ensure that the SM platform has disaster recovery plan documented (via SUD's) & that DR tests & plans are carried out in accordance with Digital policies.Partner with the Heads of Digital, Business partners, Business stakeholders, Service & Capability owners, Managed Service partners, IT specialists & cross functional teams to deliver successful platform outcomes.Partner with SM platform technology partners and vendors to drive ongoing changes & optimisation.Oversee all application upgrades & maintenance, from concept, design, development, through test, quality assurance, release, and iteration.Ensure that end users have adequate & regular training to drive ongoing adoption & embedment.About You:7+ years' experience with Service Management platforms such as SNOW.7+ years' experience of application support, maintenance, disaster recovery & application availability.5+ years of experience managing teams in a matrix environment.Strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS provisioning.Strong understanding of Application infrastructure, architecture.Strong understanding of DevOps, release management and CICD.Why Lendlease?We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
