Responsibility
Assist the Project Manager and monitor sub contractors Liaise with clients on job progress, issues Co-ordinate internal & external resources associated with the delivery of the project Deliver and manage program of works
Obtain quotes from suppliers Organise materials for the jobs and ensure sufficient materials supplied for the duration of
the works Direct and co-ordinate the delivery of strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of
implemented project outcomes and provide advise on remedial action Monitor progress of projects to ensure milestones and performance indicators are met Develop project plan and schedule timelines
Prepare progress claims and variations on job Provide director and support to the team Follow up on submitted tenders with client

Requirements
at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in residential or commercial construction Familiarity with specification and drawings Must be detail oriented with follow up skills .Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills Must be self-motivated and punctual Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Project Tertiary qualified Salary is negotiable and depending on experience
