A professional customer facing position, the Implementation Specialist is accountable for training and implementation of Plexxis ERP Software in an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly manner. This position has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall experience and value that each customer realizes through the use of Plexxis solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities: Learn and be conversant in all aspects of the Plexxis WinBid and RTO system (Estimating Software)Be proactive in recognizing and efficiently resolving issuesAs required, diagnose, trouble-shoot and follow-up on issues dealing with implementationsIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionSuccessfully interact with customers - offering support, training and presentationsProactively reach out to customers for feedback on progress of implementationPrioritize obtaining a client's opinion of a successful implementationContribute to creating exceptional NPS (Net Promoter Score)Knowledge & Experience: Mandatory experience required.
