Salary Range: $62,500.00 - $102,245.00
Purpose: The main purpose of the AR administrator is to perform day-to-day duties of processing financial transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.
This includes processing and monitoring receivables.
Contract management entails entering new client agreements into the database and following through with project status.
This role also entails providing administrative and clerical services.
Duties & Responsibilities: Billing & Collections:Maintain listings of all Accounts ReceivableCreating quotes based on criteriaSend quote to the client for approvalCreating invoice once the quote is approvedPrepare, verify and process invoices using TE Bill and Plexxis to be billedVerify that all transactions comply with company and accounting policies and proceduresSend invoice to the client once work is completedCollection calls for payment on outstanding or overdue invoicesDistribute weekly collections update and forecastReceiving payments in PlexxisProcessing client credit card payments using Moneris payment processing systemUpdate cash flow documentVerifying payment and licensingPerform user and service audit for monthly customer support billingAdhoc billing as requiredContract Management:Receiving signed copies of the contractual agreementEntering agreement into Plexxis databaseMonitoring completion status of the jobOver or underestimated hours quotedProviding Hours Usage Summary document to the clientProviding Job Completion Update document to the clientBilling and keeping track of Annual agreementsPerforming user auditsUpdate corresponding excel filesQualifications: Exceptional phone communication ability: experienced and comfortable with making collection callsHighly organized and diligent: able to keep track, update documents regularly and accuratelyProficient with Google Sheets and a variety of softwareCollection experience in the construction industry, Canadian and U.S. companiesWhat's it like working at Plexxis?
