The Facility Our client's health service operates acrosstwo facilities, the main of which is a 600 bed teaching hospital and major trauma centre for ACT and Southern NSW. The health service has recently joined with a second 250+ bed hospital, also providing acute and sub acute services to the ACT and SE NSW. The health service has strong ties with several universities, and the preferred applicant may also be considered for conjoint appointment with ANU. It is a great place for young families, as well as anyone looking to enjoy the perks of city life without the grind of other urban centres.The RequirementsOne or more of the following: Possessat least 12 months recent experience in Emergency Medicine Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA Eligible foreither the Standard pathway, Competent Authority, Short Term Training Pathway or Specialist Pathway. All IMG's who have completed AMC MCQ 1 and eligible for the Standard Pathway. Those IMG'swho are working in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ and eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway. IMG's who are either a Specialist in the home country or within a year of obtaining their Specialist qualification and eligible for the Short Term Training Pathway. IMG's who have lodged their Specialist Assessment Application with ACEM, awaiting their ACEM interview, or who have been as sessed by ACEM and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
