This position is located in their busy Mascot, Sydney office for an initial contract until 28/02/2025.
About the Position The primary purpose of the role is to undertake and report on field inspection activities/outcomes to scope and monitor the delivery of work and verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements.
Duties Deliver timely, accurate scoping of works.
Manage a planned maintenance program using PAS data.
Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes and contract requirements.
Conduct inspections and maintain records.
Build positive relationships with contractors.
Resolve compliance issues and issue notices as needed.
Report emerging issues and provide recommendations.
Requirements/Skills Building experience and contract administration skills.
Knowledge of contract requirements and Australian Building Codes.
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
Relevant qualification and field inspection experience.
Current driver's license.
Desirable: experience in compliance inspections.
