About the RoleAs a Journey Expert in our Well Managed team for Everyday Banking Portfolio, you'll play a key role in helping to develop, implement and embed robust and sustainable controls/treatments to adequately manage Everyday Banking's operational risk to ensure we deliver our promises to our customers and meet the expectation of the regulators and the community. The Portfolio well-managed activities include management of risk profile and control attestation, audit and risk treatment management, asset management, vendor governance, forensic report, etc.

What will your day look like?As a Journey Expert in the Well Managed team, you will:
Support with the delivery of Personal Loans, Cards and Deposit & Transact HIPs activities including identification of process improvements, process mapping, risk and controls mapping updates and metrics identification, etc.Deliver well managed repeatable activities with the ability to persistently navigate through resolving problems.Work collaboratively and influence stakeholders within the Portfolio and our broader value chain partners to enhance, embed and bring to life our Portfolio's well-managed agenda.Support team members to deliver Well Managed team's priorities with the goal to achieve collective outcomes.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Operational risk and compliance experience.Good stakeholder influencing and relationship building skills to achieve a common goal.Proactively identify, support and drive opportunities for efficiencies to deliver better outcomes.Ability to manage plans and roadmaps with incomplete information and the drive to find ways to address gaps and make mature assumptions to move work forward.Proactive by taking action and being resilient in addressing issues to ensure deadlines are met.Deposits, Cards, Personal Loans, Schemes and/or Insurance and Super product and/or process knowledge is beneficial.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
