Journey Early Learning is on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Educational Leader to spearhead our pedagogy and curriculum at Journey Early Learning Bacchus Marsh.
Position: 6 Month Maternity Leave Cover - Full time Monday to Friday 38 hours per week

Who are you?
You are an experienced leader within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector with a strong understanding of compliance, team leadership and demonstrating exceeding levels of practice.
Key skills and requirements:
ACECQA Approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education) or, working towards Current Working with Children Check A demonstrated commitment to providing a safe, caring, non-judgemental and supportive environment for all children and their families A demonstrated ability to adhere to and understand the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children So, if this opportunity resonates with you and you believe you can contribute to the team's success in this role – apply now!
