About the role We are currently looking for a HR professional to join our innovative team as a Human Resource Advisor supporting our Monarto luxury resort and lodge. Opening to the public in mid-2025, we are seeking a dynamic professional who will partner with the business to provide exceptional HR support, guidance and leadership across the hotel operations. This role will work collaboratively with the broader Human Resource team and in particular, the team in the Rail business.
About you You will be a savvy, commercial and practiced professional with experience in developing high-quality HR solutions that will enable the hotel to deliver on its key commercial drivers.
You will be responsible for the delivery of key projects and managing the day-to-day HR operations with the support of the Human Resource Manager.
We need a resilient all-rounder who is looking to grow and develop. This role will be a hybrid role with at least 3 days per week based in Monarto, South Australia. Your tasks will range from recruitment, particularly for pre-opening, coaching and mentoring of people leaders, and learning and development. A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred while not essential. Hotel experience and/or tourism experience is also advantageous.
