About You
You have excellent organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail. A true team player with a "hands-on" approach in a high-volume business. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, have demonstrated skills in prioritising and can juggle multi-tasks.
We are seeking a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
About The Role
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer, responsible for collecting outstanding debts across our large customer base and be an integral part of the accounts department.
The successful candidate will have proven experience with collection processes, results driven, highly motivated to identify credit risks and providing resolutions to ensure payments are received within specified trading terms.
Key responsibilities will include:
High volume of debt collection and customer contact via phone and email Supplying customers with invoices and statements Reconciling accounts and resolving disputed accounts Debtor management Daily and weekly reporting on outstanding debt Payment allocations and receipting General credit administration Advanced knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel (required) What We Offer
