Working and living regionally will equip you with invaluable skills, paving the way for amazing long-term success in the industry.Reporting to the Supervising Producer, you will be responsible for gathering, editing and presenting compelling local news stories in a composed, accurate and engaging manner. This role requires roster flexibility, and a willingness to work extra hours when the news day demands. Other key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key people and organisations.Breaking stories and creating engaging content.Representing the Company in a professional and courteous manner.About you:You'll be a driven and energetic Journalist, with the ability to think clearly and act quickly under pressure, possessing excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders internally, as well as externally with the local community.
