The Opportunity The Courier is looking for a rockstar reporter, hungry for strong news stories, to join our team. You'll be able to write quickly, accurately and concisely. You will know how to track down and verify stories so we're not just first with the news, but also correct. This is a role working in a fast-paced, digital-first newsroom. You will have experience in social media and be able to sell your story for maximum reach. You will also know what stories our audience is interested in. What we're looking for: You'll love chasing hard news as well as digging deep and finding the story behind the story Expertise in building contacts and seeking out exclusive content Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Experience creating basic video packages At least two years of newsroom experience Experience in Canva and Chartbeat is a bonus How to apply: Please upload your CV and cover letter with two examples of your work.
