What this job involves
As the Concierge Supervisor, you will be coordinating the day-to-day activities for the team of concierge staff situated within our client's portfolio.
A snapshot of the role:
Provide leadership and be a key point of contact to the Workplace Services team members Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team Assess workplace requirements in a dynamic environment and allocate tasks to team members Oversee the appointment of casual and temporary staff to cover positions as needed Approve timesheets and maintain attendance records and rosters Actively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation and excellence across the Workplace Services Team and identify opportunities for improvement Sound like the job you are looking for?

Goal oriented with a strong focus on building and sustaining relationships Excellent communicator with proven customer service ability Hands-on approach to problem solving and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace Collaborative mindset, engaging with team members and the wider JLL team as well as the client to optimise service delivery This role is subject to Commonwealth Government Security vetting processes where you must be an Australian Citizen in order to conduct this check.
