We are looking for a high-level coordinator and administrator to support our CDP Joint Venture Boards.
About the role
Providing a high level of coordination and administrative support to the CDP Joint Venture (JV) Boards, Associate Director – Strategic Partnerships, internal teams, and external clients. This position will facilitate a strong communication flow and processes across multiple business units and external partners to support integration, performance and communication across all business units within the Remote Services team and other stakeholders. What you'll need to be considered
Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong coordination and administration skills Experience in providing executive level support and coordination Intermediate to advanced technology skills with sound skills in using Windows based software, Internet, Email and the ability to learn and administer new systems Knowledge of the Community Development Program with the ability to understand and apply contractual requirements and support Joint Venture Partnerships accordingly Excellent knowledge of Indigenous culture and protocols with the ability to communicate and engage Indigenous communities effectively Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check during employment Ability to obtain working with vulnerable persons clearance if required
Highly Desired:
Experience using a Board Management System (Convene etc.)
