About the role
The Joint Technical Trades Training Services (JTTTS) Manager, in partnership with Wodonga TAFE, is responsible for the management and reporting of all training and overseeing the conduct of all Navy and Army trainee training conducted by National Technical Education Network (NTEN) Subcontractor through the JTTTS contract (the project).
The role also identifies, manages, and leads initiatives to facilitate further business development for SMTAFE within the project scope.
The role will lead the implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement, and reporting of the project processes aligned to the JTTTS contract.
Key to this role is the ability to establish networks and to liaise and consult effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
This position is responsible for achieving delivery of targeted programs by working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
It is also responsible for planning, developing, and undertaking complex research and analysis.
Additionally, the role will provide lead and oversee tender and contract development, contract compliance and management, researching new opportunities, and support strategies to provide more extensive and proactive services.
This position manages training risks, evaluates performance, and identifies critical success factors to ensure successful outcomes for the project.
