Key Responsibilities: Design joinery using Cabinet Vision.Conduct joinery estimating and pricing.Engage with builders and manage client inquiries.Understand customer needs for kitchen and bathroom renovations.Create design concepts and 3D renderings using CAD software.Prepare professional proposals and quotes.Advise on materials and finishes.Collaborate with the production team for timely delivery.Stay updated on industry trends and assist with social media advertising.What We're Looking For: Sales and design experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom industry.Technical design skills and proficiency in CAD software (training available).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong organization and project management skills.Experience in estimating software (e.g., Cabinet Vision) is a plus.Current driver's license and permanent Australian residency.
