The Company

Welink Recruitment have partnered with a leading Joinery Organisation who is undertaking significant projects in mid to high-end residential & commercial projects across Sydney.

THE ROLE

Joining this leading Tier 2 organisation as a Joinery Estimator / Graduate Quantity Surveyor , you will be pivotal in contributing to the team with measuring detailed designs and conducting cost plans / tenders that wins future joinery projects for the business.

The role will be suitable for an experienced Joinery Estimator OR Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take the next step in learning new skills in Estimation. You will work very closely with the Commercial Manager & Senior Estimator of the organisation who will nurture your growth!

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The organisation will consider candidates who have worked and demonstrated a track record as a Joinery Estimator OR a Graduate Quantity Surveyor within joinery or fit-out construction.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction OR Joinery
Strong experience as a Joinery Estimator OR Quantity Surveyor
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel
Strong ability to read and interpret detailed diagrams, job sheets & cutting lists
Strong attention to detail with ability to strategically problem solve
