Join Our New Strategy and Partnerships Division at Lower Murray Water!We're excited to announce the launch of our Strategy and Partnerships Division, a newly established unit dedicated to driving our organisation's strategic direction and fostering partnerships that enhance our vision and mission.
This division plays a crucial role in ensuring that LMW's strategic plans, projects, and initiatives are aligned with our statutory obligations and long-term goals.
By integrating innovative systems and fostering a culture of strategic risk management, the division aims to support LMW in achieving sustainable growth and excellence.
We have two new and exciting positions available: Strategic Planning & Monitoring Coordinator (Pay Band: 6 from $118,596) We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Planning & Monitoring Coordinator to join our Strategy and Partnerships Team.
As the Strategic Planning & Monitoring Coordinator you will play a lead role in shaping the future direction of LMW by leading the design and coordinating the system that enables LMW to best create, review, and monitor its strategic plans, projects, and initiatives in accordance with our statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and coordination of LMW's five-year pricing submission.Implement a strategic planning framework, including a balanced scorecard.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Foster a culture of strategic risk management and systems thinking.About You: Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to integrate planning processes.Proactive approach to developing innovative systems.Strategic Projects Officer (Pay Band: 4 from $95,745) We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Projects Officer to join our Strategy and Partnerships Team.
As the Strategic Projects Officer you will play a key part in shaping the future direction of LMW by supporting the development, review, and monitoring of strategic plans, projects, and initiatives that align with our Strategic Plan objectives and statutory obligations.
