As the Strategic Planning & Monitoring Coordinator you will play a lead role in shaping the future direction of LMW by leading the design and coordinating the system that enables LMW to best create, review, and monitor its strategic plans, projects, and initiatives in accordance with our statutory obligations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development and coordination of LMW's five-year pricing submission.Implement a strategic planning framework, including a balanced scorecard.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Foster a culture of strategic risk management and systems thinking.About You:Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to integrate planning processes.Proactive approach to developing innovative systems.Strategic Projects Officer (Pay Band: 4 from $95,745)We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Projects Officer to join our Strategy and Partnerships Team.
