About the Program From day one as a Coles graduate, you'll feel the connection your work has to our purpose, to "helping Australians eat and live better every day".
You will be accountable for making decisions in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.
Our Store Support Centre (SSC) Graduate Program will help to fast track your career in our Store Support Centre, which plays a crucial role in supporting our team members across the country.
Based in our Melbourne corporate office, you will see first-hand how we operate and innovate to continually improve our customer experiences across all our categories and brands.
You'll gain a mix of technical, operational and leadership skills working with key figures within our business.

To be considered you will need: Have completed your degree and are able to commence full-time employment by the required start date of February 2025.
