About this opportunity:
We are growing our QLD Team. We are looking for a 'Can do' person who enjoys working in a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be providing operational support to the Operations Manager and Install Teams.
You will be involved with:
Managing day to day operations including timesheets, purchase orders, processing invoices, directing customer queries
Assist the team with general reporting queries.
Assist the team with onboarding new vendors.
Work with the team to develop new and improve current processes to make workflow more efficient.
Ensuring 100% compliance with all relevant policies
Reviewing weekly and monthly schedules
Working closely with our customers throughout the process including issue escalations
This is a great opportunity to suggest and implement process improvement ideas within the Install Operations team.
We are looking for:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
